If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone the Service Desk will log your call and a FASS support specialist from the Technical Resource Centre will contact you as soon as possible.

The IT Service Desk is the central support point for all UNSW staff and students requiring assistance with IT related matters. It combines and replaces the Helpdesk previously run by DIS><Connect and ACSU. The IT Service Desk handles enquiries related to computer, telephone and network issues.
