Specialist Technology Project (STP)

The 'Specialist Technology Project' request process will capture project requests related to specialist faculty based technology requirements, for learning, teaching, research and student experience. The process brings together and formalises several pre-existing processes. Now in its second year of implementation, the online request form, is the first step in this process. The new process will assist the faculty with budget allocation decision making, holistic project management and more effective allocation of TRC staff time. It was formerly called the SIB process. The first formal step in the process is the online form. This will remain open all year. Requests will be logged and collated for review the appropriate dates, typically July and February each year.
