UNSW IT support UNSW owned SOE'd computers and IT peripherals on campus.
A computer on the Standard Operating Environment is 'managed', meaning it receives software updates, bug fixes, technical support, and is configured to automatically back-up when on the UNSW campus network.
We are unable to support;
- Non-UNSW owned computers
- Non-SOE'd UNSW owned computers
- Personal staff computers or IT peripherals
- Computers purchased using the UNSW salary sacrifice scheme
- Personal student computers
If your computer meets all of the following criteria please request support or log a technical incident via the IT Service Centre.
- UNSW owned computer or IT peripheral
- SOE'd computer
