Servicedesk VIP Status
Each staff profile in the Servicedesk System has a VIP tick box and if this tick box is activated the priority of that staff members tickets will automatically be set as “VIP".
The resolution time for tickets with this priority is 1 day.
Staff holding the following positions are considered VIPs:
- Professional Staff - Faculty General Manager, Directors and above, Chancellery
- Academic Staff - Deans, Associate Deans, Head of Schools
